VITA Volunteer Appreciation Postponed

Special Note:
Due to the extraordinary circumstance of the flood earlier this week, the VITA Reception scheduled for Friday, May 7th from 4-6 p.m. has been postponed. We are excited to celebrate the selfless volunteerism exhibited by our many VITA supporters, and look forward to doing so at a later date to be determined. In the meantime, please know that your efforts are appreciated. We know that the ultimate strentgth of this program lies with your support and talents.

United Way of Metropolitan Nashville is working from our temporary office graciously provided by Caterpillar Financial Services. Please let us know if we may be of service to you or your family in any way during this difficult period of recovery for our city.

A reception celebrating the extraordinary work by our volunteers durin the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Theses gifts of time and talken have impacted thousands of Nashvillians.

Nashville Alliance for Financial Independence (NAFI), an initiative of United Way of Metropolitan Nashville, is helping working individuals and families to “Earn It. Keep It. Save It.” We know that assets are the key to long-lasting financial independence. Assets are what financially stable families use to stay afloat during unexpected financial crises. The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program is one way we work together to help individuals and families.
