(formerly Nashville Wealth Building Alliance)

As of October, 2008, the Nashville Wealth Building Alliance has a new name! We proudly proclaim ourselves as the Nashville Alliance for Financial Independence. Visit our new website for volunteering information, free tax preparation information, free resources, and more at www.NashvilleAFI.org.
The Nashville Alliance for Financial Independence (NAFI) is a broad-based collaboration dedicated to promoting financial stability for working individuals and families of Nashville/Davidson County.
While we provide several services, we are most known for our “Earn It. Keep It. Save It.” campaign which promotes the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) free tax preparation. Individuals and families with a household income of $40,000 can qualify for free tax preparation. Just dial 2-1-1 on your phone to find a free tax preparation site near you.
