Senior patrol reaches out to Edgehill neighbors

In one inner-city neighborhood, the elderly get regular visits from the senior patrol. The youth-led effort — under the guidance of the United Way-funded Edgehill Family Resource Center — means blood pressure checks, insulin monitoring and more for homebound seniors who otherwise might go days without a visitor.
