Days of Action
United Way of Metropolitan Nashville has implemented a community engagement strategy that coalesces the heads, hands and hearts of committed people through multiple Day of Action opportunities throughout the year. We launched the inaugural Day of Action, along with United Ways across America, on June 21, 2008. The volunteer effort was so well received, we have committed to holding additional Days of Action volunteer opportunities multiple times a year aligned with our four focus areas - Education, Income, Health & Neighborhoods.
